My favorite chocolate treat has always been a brownie. The fudgier the better (is that a word?) It sure is to me. It perfectly describes how I like my brownies, warm from the oven and gooey with chocolate goodness. These little bite sized treats are the perfect way to use some restraint and still indulge a little. Happy eating!
2 cups semi sweet chocolate morsels
1 stick butter
3 eggs
1-1/4 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 24 mini muffin tins.
Melt 1 cup of the chocolate morsels and butter in a saucepan over low heat until smooth, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in eggs, vanilla, sugar, baking soda and flour. Stir in remaining 1 cup of semi sweet morsels. Spoon into the mini muffin cups. Bake 18-22 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Don’t over bake. Makes 24 sweet treats.

Mmm, those look awesome! I agree with the fudgier.
Me too Punky. Nothing is ever too fudgy! Thank you for visiting and commenting. We appreciate it.
Another example of how I need to try more sweet things, these look delicious!
Definitely and these are bite sized so they are perfect! Thanks for visiting Anita-Clare!
Fudgier works for me. Brownies are one of my favorites and semi sweet chocolate makes my heart sing. I do hope you used real vanilla. I like how this recipe is quick and easy. Wonder if it would work if I toss in a couple of walnut pieces?
Oh walnuts, yes please. I love them in brownies and I love the semi sweet chocolate the best! Thanks for visiting today Chef William.
