Happy New Year to all of our friends out there! 2012 was such a fun and productive year for us. We have explored some really wonderful places in North and South Carolina, continued to expand our cooking horizons with new recipes and fun restaurant reviews and met two wonderful Southern writers, Pamela King Cable and Alle Wells. We have had some great giveaways (my favorite was Pick Your Plum) and we are contributing writers on BeBetsy! Our social networking is growing, growing, growing and we would love to hit some bignumbers in 2013.
We are nearing 3000 likes on facebook. Reaching 4000 in 2013 would be fantastic!
Pinterest is my personal passion. I love everything about it. The recipes I have found and tried and the boards that have fun projects, great outfits or exotic places to visit! Such a fun place to spend an hour or two or three! Follow us on Pinterest if you haven’t already!
Our Twitter numbers are growing slowly and we would love to reach 250 followers this year. Come on over and Tweet with us.
And finally, Instagram . I love love love Instagram. It can be as random or as “planned” as you like and there are always interesting pictures to be discovered on our feed!

I enjoyed your blog last year and will be visiting again this year. I visited the Carolinas (I live in upstate NY) twice last year, and hope to be there again one day. Till then, I’ll keep warm this winter by dreaming of Charleston.
