Goo Goo Clusters are one of my favorite candy bars. When I was pregnant with my first child (26 years ago), I gave up all things chocolate for the entire pregnancy and dreamed of Goo Goo Clusters the entire time. The very second after delivery that I could have one, The Husband delivered it to me bedside. Now that is true love. It is the combination of all the ingredients that makes those clusters so yummy to me. The nuts, the chocolate, the caramel and of course the marshmallow. My fellow family members are not lovers of marshmallow so I decided to omit that particular part for this easy, delicious, gooey dessert pizza.
1 brownie mix (8.4 ounce)
1/4 cup caramel sauce
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1 cup salted peanuts
Preheat oven to 350. Make the brownie according to package directions. Spray a 12 inch pizza pan with cooking spray. Spread the brownie mixture on the pan and bake for approximately 12-15 minutes. Check at 15 minutes to be sure the brownie is baked, not doughy and not hard. Adjust baking time accordingly. Remove from oven and let cool slightly (not completely). Spread the chocolate chips and peanuts over the crust and drizzle with caramel sauce. Cut into 12 pieces.
